The Largest Theme Water Park was achieved by EsselWorld and owned by Pan India Paryatan Private Limited, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India on 1986. It measured an area of 64 acres of land, 30,000 specimens in botanical garden, 79 racy rides and zippy slides.
