Asian Records Academy (ARA) will ensure that an official Adjudicator is present on the spot to verify and certify the record attempt. ARA’s Official Adjudicator Service ensures the presence of a trained ARA Adjudicator to verify the record onsite.
The major benefit is the instant verification of a record attempt for which the results are announced on the spot. Additionally, it helps improve your profile, and you also get authentication for your record from the official Adjudicator. The certification function will be Presided by the official adjudicator.
On verifying the record, the Official Adjudicator will issue a Provisional Certificate onsite. The certification ceremony will be presided over by the Official Adjudicator and the presentation will include 2 original copies with complete details.
In addition to announcing to the media present during the event, a detailed ‘Adjudication Article’ will be posted prominently on our official website.
Yes, this is a paid service from ARA. The cost however, will be decided based on several factors like the package you choose, the location, the number of records, the number of Adjudicators required, and the number of days. In addition to this, the organizers of the event will have to bear the travelling and accommodation expenses of the Adjudicators.
The normal cost for the Adjudicator service is $ 2,000 (Singapore Dollars) and the final amount will depend on the number of record attempts, number of days travel and stay involved.
The answer is ‘No’ however, a few exceptions exist where mere Adjudicator’s presence will not suffice. For instance, if it is a marathon event, it is mandatory to maintain a logbook, as the Adjudicator will not be present throughout this lengthy event. Hence it is mandatory to submit supporting evidence like logbooks, marathon logbook, visitor’s logbook etc.
In most cases, the Adjudicators will carry their own measuring devices. However, for certain exceptions like weight-related records that involve carrying or moving heavy weights, the organizers need to arrange for the appropriative weighing devices to be made available.
Yes, an ‘official Adjudicator request’ has to be submitted, this can be done while submitting the completed application form and sent along with it.
Fast Track Service takes three working days for process. The process time could vary subject to factors like feat, expert opinion and other issues in the context. If the necessity arises our personnel will contact you and wrap up the total process. You will be intimated through a confirmatory email no sooner than our team makes a decision. Fast Track Mode of Application will involve a Fee of 750 Singapore Dollars and on the receipt of the same you will be provided with the Guidelines Pack which will contain the rules and regulations to be followed during the record attempt along with the Record Identification Number and current record for your category. In the instance that your application does not go through, you will be intimated with reasons thereof.
Considering the value and importance of the record and the record holder, the best way to introduce and showcase the achievement of the record holder is through the ARA certificate. The certificate highlights the achievement along with the details of the record. The extra certificates that are issued by ARA are similar in quality to the original standard certificates.
If you are Standard Applicant you will get a digital certificate at Free of cost within 15 working days from the date of approval of the record attempt. Incase if you wish to buy a Certificate Pack then you have to pay 150 Singapore Dollars for the same and the pack will be dispatched within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the order and payment.
If you are Fast Track Applicant upon your approval of the Record you are entitled to receive the Digital Certificate and Certificate Pack at Free of Cost within 15 working days from the date of approval of your record attempt.
Personalized certificates for group events can be availed at the payment of 25
Singapore Dollars each and discounts are available for groups of 50 and above.
Once the Fast Track Applicants (Record holders) complete the record attempt successfully, they will receive the certificate pack within 10 days from the date of approval of the record attempt. There is no additional cost involved in this service. One standard certificate will be issued free of cost. Additional Certificates can be obtained by paying $ 25 Singapore Dollars for each certificate.
Every Asian Record Holder can avail for the ‘Personalized Extra Certificate Service’ for a special edited version of the certificate. This certificate is exclusive and will display extra details that are not provided in the standard version. The extra details will incorporate details of the company and products along with special information given by the record holder. This will be in accordance with the academy. Personalized certificates for group events can be availed at the payment of $25 Singapore Dollars each and discounts are available for groups of 50 and above.
